A funnel is a way that allows a lead to come into your community at the top, depending on the type of funnel the top section may include Ads, links to a landing pages and trigger them through a sequence of events this can include emails to nurture them and give them and understanding of who you are,  landing pages with carts to offers, upsells, tripwires and anything else you may need. Encourage that lead to becoming a purchasing client

When do funnels fail?

Funnels can fail for 2 reasons within your business.

One is that you have not tailored that funnel to your Ideal client and therefore you are not nurturing them to become a client and making that purchase. 

Make sure that you are looking at the data and where people are primary dropping off and make changes to the funnel at that point 

Number 2 is that within the process there are broken connections between elements. These may be links to sales pages or carts. It may not be moving data from one platform to another so to create a logging in our learning space or adding them to groups in your email marketing 

Make sure that you test everything through with dummy accounts to make sure what you expect to happen is following through
